Every young man begins with a one-on-one assessment to evaluate his current needs, goals, and challenges. This session helps create a personalized roadmap for education, skill development, and personal growth

Each participant is paired with a mentor who provides guidance, emotional support, and encouragement. Mentors help build confidence, self-discipline, and positive decision-making skills to navigate life’s challenges.

Whether pursuing a high school diploma, GED, or college opportunities, Solomon’s Journey provides tutoring, test preparation, and scholarship guidance. We assist in overcoming academic barriers and setting future goals.

Strategic Planning for the Next Step

Hands-on training in various trades, entrepreneurship, and career-building skills helps young men gain the knowledge needed for financial independence. Partnerships with local businesses offer internships and job placement opportunities.
